The people I dealt with at BMW Durham were as professional and courteous as ever.
Did well to look after me during the COVID-19 situation. Explained what was to happen and prioritised me as I was short of time.

After weeks of trying to get my car serviced Durham managed to do the service and sort a problem with my brakes and window wipers.

Ryan was excellent in the way he provided care and customer service.
Dealership booked me in at short notice when local one had an issue with booking. Staff were excellent on dropping car off and totally understanding when I was unable to pick up and needed to delay a day.

I was more than satisfied. I was reminded the day before that I had an appointment. I wasn't kept waiting on the day and my car was returned at the time given clean inside and out.

It would have been 5 but owing to the covid 19 the agents weren't allowed in the car with us so couldn't explain the workings of the car but said if we wanted to come back at later date they would be more than happy to give us a lesson on it
