I cannot rate the experience more highly. We felt well looked after, the new car was immaculate and the EV elements well explained, and the whole exchange/ purchase process was easy and straightforward.

Nicole was very professional and helped to a high standard due to circumstances, kept me updated the whole day and was extra help with my other bmw that wasn't in workshop but at home that had few issues.
