There were no surprises when I got the bill as I was rang up and informed about additional elements (fuel line clean and Adblue top up) before going ahead and getting them done.

See above-my car was collected for M.O.T. etc.from my house and returned at the end of the day. The driver (Carl-technician) who lives locally was polite and pleasant, the car was clean and tidy and I was able to licence it on internet straight away.

Comes down to the personal interactions with Scott. From my experience he is doing an excellent job of representing the dealership & BMW and I found the dealership very friendly, very quick and responsive to queries.
